Are you and a loved one feeling disconnected or struggling to communicate effectively? Do you find yourselves having the same arguments over and over? Are you having trouble moving past an infidelity or betrayal in your relationship? As a licensed therapist with a direct, solution-focused approach, I help individuals, couples, and family members tackle their issues head-on and build stronger, more connected relationships. With my direct style, I don't shy away from addressing the hard truths. I’ll help you understand what's not working in your relationship and give you clear, actionable steps to create lasting change.

I am a relationships and communications expert, professionally trained in the Gottman Method. The Gottman Method focuses on creating lasting change by teaching couples practical tools for managing conflict, enhancing respect and affection, and understanding each other’s needs. I also provide discernment counseling when that is the more appropriate option.

Seeing a counselor does not mean failure. Rather, it can be the turning point to a healthier, more satisfying relationship! If you're ready to make real progress and transform your relationship, reach out today to start working with a therapist who is committed to helping you thrive.
